If this auction did really go through it will make the General Lee the second most expensive car ever auctioned off. The most expensive car to be sold to date was a very rare Bugatti that went for over $11 million at Christie's some 20 years ago.

But it's last ride is one with plenty of meaning and for a great cause since John will gave out the last ride to a child with cancer.
