Another one bites the dust. We've always believed that any driver who wants to own an exotic car should have a special license. The license should check their skill as a driver since high-powered vehicles like Porsches, Ferraris, Lambos etc...can be finicky vehicles to maneveur. Way too many exotic car owners can't drive and here's proof of that.
