WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO "GHOST RIDE THE WHIP?"

It's the act of putting your car in neutral, opening all doors, placing the volume all the way up and then jumping out of the car and walking/ dancing to the beat. More advanced "ghostriders" will actually jump on the hood of their vehicle.
