DaimlerChrysler is Now Officially Daimler AG
No longer content to be saddled with the name recalls their ill-fated merger, DaimlerChrysler’s shareholders have official approved a name change to Daimler AG. Following the sale of the Chrysler to Cerberus LLC earlier this year, holders of stock in the German automaker were asked to vote for a new company name.
