FATHER OF THE YEAR

Father of the Year candidate Cardrico Lajuan Nash (pictured), was arrested after police say he left his four children asleep in the car while he spent time in a Tulsa strip club.

Nash was arrested and charged with child endangerment after a 911 call by a passing cab driver alerted the authorities to the sleeping children. Ranging in age from seven-years to three-months, the children were left alone in the car around 1 a.m. at which time temperatures in Tulsa dropped below 40 degrees.

While Nash told police that he was only in the club for 15-minutes to pick up a relative, witnesses put the time inside at more than an hour and said that the relative in question wasn’t working that night.
