WHAT DOES 36,000 HP SOUND LIKE?
It sounds like this....

In 1982 Les Shokley's attention turned from jet-powered dragsters to jet-powered funny cars and by 1983 the Shockwave Mustang funny car was already breaking records and being shown at hundreds of exhibitions. Not one to rest on his laurels, Les and his son Kent embarked on his largest project yet: A triple jet engine semi-truck.
There isn't a whole lot that's still stock on this modified Peterbuilt truck, from it's fire belching exhaust stacks to the three massive Pratt & Whitney J34-48 jet engines that are capable of lighting up an entire runway at night an accelerating this 7,000 lb truck up to a highest recorded speed of 376 mph (as recorded by the Guinness Book of Records). This incredible truck has recently been touring the air shows and entertaining the fans by racing flying aircraft and using the massive flames from the engine to set fire to cars and trucks behind it.
It's pretty obvious that you need a big check book to pull a stunt like this, but if you still want that sound (and look) at a fraction of the price then you could always opt for something cheaper. Ummmm...yeah...maybe something like this....
